1 – Riverside Garden Festival

Besides music, the festival will feature classic carnival attractions and rides (credit: The Lensbury).

About: Teddington hotel and leisure resort The Lensbury is holding its Riverside Garden Festival this weekend.

The family-friendly festival is set to take place on Saturday, 29 June on the banks of the Thames, with music, games and activities being held throughout the day.

The live music performances, hosted by Radio Jackie, will include the Beatles tribute band Beatlemania, alongside the high energy, up-tempo Shane Nolan and The Nolan Band.

2 – Suite in Three Keys - Orange Theatre

About: Directed by Tom Littler, In a luxury Swiss hotel suite in the 1960s, three separate stories unfold: A Song at Twilight is a full-length play about a famous elderly writer, reputedly based on Somerset Maugham, who faces blackmail at the hands of an ex-lover threatening to expose his secret past.

Shadows of the Evening and Come into the Garden, Maud form a perfect double-bill set in the same hotel suite.

Shadows of the Evening explores the intricacies of a late-life love triangle, and Come into the Garden, Maud is a fizzing comedy about the misunderstandings between Americans and Europeans abroad.

Marking the 50th anniversary of Noël Coward's death and the 125th of his birth in nearby Teddington, this is the first complete revival of Suite in Three Keys for a generation.

3 – The Jazz Sanctuary at The Turk's Head

About: Join us for an evening of exhilarating free jazz with three Jazz Masters! Binker Golding – tenor & soprano sax; John Edwards – double bass; Steve Noble – drums

When: Thursday, 27 June. Doors/DJ/Bar/kitchen open at 7:15pm and first set is at 7:45pm

4 – Eel Pie Records - New Releases

Head down to Eel Pie Records where they have lots of new and preloved vinyl (credit: Eel Pie Records).
