Police order 48-hour ban on access to property in Twickenham due to antisocial behaviour

Twickenham police issued a 48-hour ban on access to a property on Holly Road today due to repeated anti-social behaviour.

Twickenham Riverside neighbourhood team issued a Closure Notice to the residents today, Thursday July 22.

There will be a hearing at Wimbledon Magistrates Court tomorrow where the police will request a Full Closure Order.

They explained: "A closure notice lasts only a maximum of 48hrs and is issued by the Police. A closure Order is issued by a court, and can last much longer."
