On Friday 23 February, more than 400 residents attended the Employ Richmond 2024 event and met over 35 local companies and training partners.

The event was delivered by the Council's Richmond WorkMatch team at The Exchange, Twickenham.

It showcased a wide range of jobs and training opportunities exclusively available to residents of Richmond upon Thames.

The businesses in attendance ranged from high street brands to SMEs and large local companies.

They were all keen to recruit from a local talent pool.

Local training organisations that offer pathways to jobs, information and career support also attended.

Richmond WorkMatch offers local businesses a no-cost recruitment service that is tailored to their needs.

It focuses on seeking local residents to fill local job openings.
