Teddington-based housing provider RHP Group has been recognised as a Top Employer in the UK for 2026, marking the fourth year in a row the organisation has received the prestigious accreditation.

RHP is the only housing association in the UK to be certified by the Top Employers Institute in 2026, placing it alongside major global brands including Coca-Cola, Lidl and VodafoneThree.

The Top Employer certification recognises organisations that demonstrate high standards in workplace culture, people management and employee experience.

It is awarded following an independent assessment based on the Top Employers Institute's HR Best Practices Survey, which looks at areas including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.

Active in more than 130 countries worldwide, the Top Employers Institute is regarded as a global authority on HR certification and benchmarking. The assessment focuses on how organisations use data-driven approaches to support staff engagement, development and performance.

RHP's Chief Executive, Sarah Thomas, said: "We're proud to have retained our Top Employer status, which reflects the strength of our culture and the high quality of our people practices.

"It reinforces our commitment to being an inspiring and inclusive workplace, where colleagues can deliver the best for our customers, whilst finding their work fulfilling and enjoyable."

She added that the certification process also helps the organisation identify areas for improvement, ensuring it continues to enhance the experience of its staff.

Top Employers Institute Chief Executive Adrian Seligman praised RHP's approach, saying the certification highlights the organisation's dedication to building a workplace that supports both people and performance.

The recognition comes as RHP continues its work supporting communities across south west London and beyond, with a focus on providing safe, secure homes and strong customer service.
