The Mall Nursery, part of The Mall School, is holding an open day for prospective families and children looking to join next year.

Parents and the would-be pupils are invited to join nursery manager Neetha Madrira on a number of 30-minute sessions from 9:30am to 12pm this Saturday, 15 June.

A number of age-specific rooms are on offer for the next generation of Mall students, such as baby rooms, toddler rooms and a preschool room.

Meanwhile, its outdoor space is fully-equipped with a climbing frame, mud kitchen and water feature.

The nursery also has access to a number of the larger Mall School's facilities, including an indoor swimming pool for its weekly swimming sessions and a 160-seat theatre used for performances year-round.

Boys and girls at the nursery will automatically be offered a place in The Mall School's Reception class, while all children in the pre-school year of the nursery will benefit from an excellent transition programme to get them ready and excited for their next school.

Neetha, who runs the nursery along with deputy manager Bethany Fry-Jones, says she is looking forward to Saturday, describing the open day as "a great opportunity for parents to interact with staff and ask any questions they may have".

"Our last open day was in the Autumn and was extremely successful, so we would love to offer parents an opportunity to visit on a Saturday for convenience."

Tickets are available for the open day here.
