The Lensbury's watersports centre is open until the end of October (weather depending) and is a great way for both members and non-members to try out sailing, kayaking, canoeing and paddleboarding for all ages and abilities.

Set within The Lensbury's stunning riverside grounds, its watersports centre is the perfect place to experience the river and create unforgettable memories.

And to help locals enjoy what its watersports centre has to offer, The Lensbury is hosting a Sunrise, Sunset & Moonlit Sup event from 8pm - 9pm on Friday, 28 August.

The event description reads: "Enjoy a unique guided paddleboard experience along the river, with dawn, dusk and moonlight sessions offering a truly memorable setting on the water.

"Led by an experienced instructor, this relaxed trip provides gentle exercise and stunning scenery for all abilities. With a maximum of eight participants, it's the perfect way to unwind and enjoy a peaceful adventure on the river."

Tickets to the event cost £10 for members and £15 for non-members.

Additionally, The Lensbury is hosting a Family Raft Building event from 2pm - 4pm on Saturday, 29 August.

Tickets to the event cost £20 for adults and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Bookings must have a one adult to two children ratio.
