A Twickenham café was named a Blue Ribbon winner in the Good Food Awards 2024/25 last month.

SOUL Café, based on 149 Heath Road, first opened in 2021 when COVID-19 restrictions began to ease.

This is the first time SOUL Café in Twickenham has been featured in the Good Food Awards.

The café has menus for brunch, lunch, and dinner, and serves a wide range of food, including dishes from all over the world, such as traditional English breakfasts, Italian Milanaise chicken ,Mexican open toast benedict, French toast, and their own Mediterranean-inspired jackfruit sandwich.

The café also caters to a vegan and gluten-free community and was featured in the Financial Times' 2022 article "Five Best Places in London for 'Free-From' Pastries".

According to the SOUL Café website, it also serves organic and artisan teas and coffees.

Its website says it takes "pride in offering our exceptional coffee at affordable prices, catering to the needs of our valued customers".
