Train services at Twickenham Station have now resumed after a signalling problem caused disruption to journeys today (Monday, 14 April).

Earlier this morning, South Western Railway reported an axle counter failure at Twickenham, which led to services being cancelled, delayed or revised, with disruption expected until 9:45am.

The fault has now been resolved and all lines are open, although some services may continue to face delays or alterations while the schedule recovers.

Passengers are advised to check live travel updates and speak to station staff for onward journey advice.

South Western Railway has apologised for the disruption and reminded passengers that those affected may be eligible for compensation.

Full details are available on the South Western Railway website here.
