Richmond Police arrested and charged Darren Bingham yesterday for breaching his Community Protection Notice.

He was taken to court.

This follows his arrest in December for four offences of fraud by false representation.

At the time of the previous arrest he was served with a Community Protection Notice, with numerous conditions;

- Not to enter the London Borough of Richmond except for certain agreed appointments

- Not to knock on any door or enter any part of any residential premises not known to him within the Metropolitan District

The police statement also said: "There are numerous other conditions in relation to begging and associated behaviours.

"A criminal behaviour order is currently being applied for to mitigate the behaviour that has affected local residents."
