Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day leadership of the preschool, ensuring outstanding care and education standards.
- Function as Designated Safeguarding Lead, staying up to date with safeguarding procedures and statutory requirements.
- Maintain all required records and documentation in line with Ofsted and Hounslow Borough Council requirements.
- Ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are safe, engaging, and conducive to learning.

- Monitor, assess, and report on the quality of provision, regularly updating the Preschool Committee.
- Review and implement preschool policies and procedures in collaboration with staff and trustees.
- Represent the preschool in local meetings, briefings, and networks.
- Maintain and promote the Christian ethos of the preschool.
Requirements:
- Minimum five years' experience in early years settings, including at least two years in a leadership role.
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) with required Maths and English credentials.
- Willingness to work toward a Level 4 qualification is encouraged.
- Strong understanding of:
- EYFS, SEN Code of Practice, safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and equal opportunities.
- Health & safety and Ofsted requirements.
- Budget management, staff supervision, and safer recruitment practices.
- Confident communicator, with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks.
