Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day leadership of the preschool, ensuring outstanding care and education standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years' experience in early years settings, including at least two years in a leadership role.
• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) with required Maths and English credentials.
• Willingness to work toward a Level 4 qualification is encouraged.
• Strong understanding of:
• EYFS, SEN Code of Practice, safeguarding, Prevent Duty, and equal opportunities.
• Health & safety and Ofsted requirements.
• Budget management, staff supervision, and safer recruitment practices.
• Confident communicator, with excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks.
