Job Title: Design Administrator

Contract: Temporary - 3 months

Location: Twickenham

You will play a key role in supporting the design team and ensuring the smooth running of design projects. You will have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in a dynamic and vibrant creative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute design and video for digital platforms, including email, website, and social media.
• Create and support design on show collateral, from adverts to brochures, ensuring that they are visually captivating and in line with the brand's guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to produce high-quality designs and meet tight deadlines.
• Participate actively in meetings, adding your creative insight to ensure that the team is always pushing boundaries and delivering innovative designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executing design and video for various digital platforms.
• Proficiency in using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro.
• Strong ability to create visually appealing designs and layouts.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, taking feedback positively and delivering outstanding results.
