Role Electrician (Housing Association) Salary £42,000 - £44,500 Location West London Environment Property Repairs (Social Housing) The Company Covering the South and South East London contract, working in housing environments on a mobile basis. Must have the ability to self manager work and work to strict time schedules. Customer service is key. The company is a leading Housing Association across London and home counties.

• Repair electric parts
• Installs / upgrades
• Fit wires, sockets and switches in homes.
• Rewire homes.
• Fault finding
• Socket changes
• Inspecting and testing

Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 OR Apprenticeship OR Equivalent
• AM2
• 2391
• Residential Maintenance
• Social Skills
• Ability to pass DBS
• Full UK Drivers License
