Position: Gas Engineer Location: KT/TW Type: Full-time
Salary depends on the pass rate you have on the exam - Exam will be taken on the 2nd interview, in which depending on pass rate of the exam you will be offered higher or lower dependant on your results in the exam.
Salary breakdown(dependant on technical knowledge passed in gas exam):
A Band(Top Pass marks) - £43 - £47,500
B Band(Good pass marks) - £37,500 Minimum
Key Responsibilities:
- Repairing leaks in copper and plastic pipework, and waste pipes
- Installing and repairing radiators
- Managing hot and cold water systems
- Working with unvented hot water systems
- Performing 1st and 2nd fix installations for kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems
- Conducting power flushing
- Handling boiler breakdowns, installations, and servicing
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license (up to 3 points acceptable)
- ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
- Unvented G3 qualification (desirable)
- CSCS Skilled Trade Card (desirable)
- Asbestos awareness certification
- CKR1, HTR1, CCN1, CENWAT
- 3 years breakdown experience(On your own!).
- Clean DBS(Dependant on severity).
- Valid DBS certificate
- Two references from previous employers

Working Hours:
- 45 hours per week
- 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (plus call-out rota)
