Experienced Labourers needed for a long-term role in Teddington. The role: general labourer duties as part of an occupied building renovation project. The work will primarily be carried out on night/evening shifts to avoid disruption of the site's function. The role will cover a variety of general labourer duties from unloading deliveries and site clearance to end-of-shift clearing and cleaning. Applicants must be able and willing to work both day and evening shifts. Duration: 6 months Start date: from Monday 03/04/2024 Day Shift: 8 am to 5 pm Evening/Night Shift: 6 pm to 2 am Standard rates: Direct PAYE - Days: GBP10.50/hr; Evening: GBP15.75/hr Equivalent rate via umbrella payroll company available on request. This role does not qualify for self-employed/CIS payment, and we are unable to offer that. Requirements: Valid CSCS card Physically fit and able to do manual labour Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Polite and presentable for working in an occupied building Basic PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest, and safety boots).
