This is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career and progress to a Quantity Surveyor position with a London based developer.

This company have substantial financial backing with projects across the North of London made up of fast moving RC Frame residential developments, with multiple projects currently in demolition and early phases to start on site in 2024.

Your role as Quantity Surveyor will be working under a Senior Surveyor, initially on a project neat Collindale which is in the final stages and you will be responsible for fit out packages and completing final accounts. Following this (approx 6 months time) you will start the procurement of a 212 unit RC Frame project in Twickenham that is currently in demolition stages. You will again be working under a Senior Surveyor who can assist you with commercial tasks when needed.

The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant to take that step up, as such you will have gained at least 3 years site experience, ideally on another residential project and be degree educated in a construction related subject.

You will be an ambitious individual who wants to learn and progress their career forwards. This company have proven internal progression.

This position is fully site based, so you must be willing to work 5 days per week in Twickenham.

They have a salary up to 55,000 on offer plus company car or car allowance, and health care.
