Role: Electrical Site Supervisor - Water Rate: up to £450 a day Umbrella PAYE Location: Twickenham Duration: 6 months + potential extension My Client, a Leading Contractor are looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor with water experience. A great opportunity to join a tier 1 contractor working directly on the Thames Water Framework. Responsibilities: Establishing client requirements and delivering the operation of engineering design solutions. Engaging with the Supply Chain and support the contractor delivery and commissioning process. Applying technical judgement and resourcefulness to the construction phase of the project. Providing support to contractors within the electrical discipline as well as ensuring company standards in health & safety, environmental and quality are being met by the supply chain. Cooperate and coordinate with all stakeholders including the client-side, internal and supply chain to ensure the project outcomes are achieved. This would include organising shut down methodology agreed in a timely fashion. Support the implementation and monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures Requirements A minimum City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 qualified. Fully qualified electrician ECS (JIB) Gold Card holder. Sound knowledge of computer web based portals Experience in supervising electrical installation on capital projects with a minimum 4 day qualification in safety (such as IOSH, SSSTS or SMSTS).
