Experience The Power of Breath - Breathwork & Mindfulness Workshop in Kew

Join us to experience a simple and easy-to-use breath technique that can support you in all areas of your life. In this workshop, you will learn Transformational Breath and receive tips to optimize the power of your breath.

The Transformational Breath ® session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical well-being, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion. It helps you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, gain a deeper understanding of breath patterns, and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

Experiencing Transformational breath session can help you:

  • Feel completely energised
  • Become aware and let go of emotions that no longer serve you
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Increase energy levels
  • Boost your immune system
  • Experience deeply nourishing relaxation
  • Gain clarity, inspiration and connection to self
  • Develop a deeper dimension to your practices/activities such as yoga, meditation, running

During the breath session, you will not only learn this powerful connected breathing technique but also use sound, movement, and acupressure to facilitate the opening of the breath.

Breathwork has benefits for everyone, and this breathing class is suitable for individuals over the age of 18.

No previous breathwork experience is required.

What to expect:

  • Brief introduction and discussion of Transformational Breath benefits and technique
  • Set an intention through a short guided meditation
  • Get comfortable on the mat for a guided breathwork journey, incorporating hands-on acupressure, sound, movement, and positive affirmations
  • Relax on the mat for 10-15 minutes at the end to integrate your experience
  • Share your session experience, receive tips for daily practice

No previous breathwork experience required. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your water bottle.

If you haven't experienced Transformational Breath® before, the ticket of Newcomers to Transformational Breath is for you!

If you have previously experienced Transformational Breath® then you can join us after the introduction part at 12:30 pm to set an intention and breathe.

Please consult your medical practitioner to ensure deep breathing techniques are suitable for you. If you suffer from epilepsy, heart problems, phychological conditions such as high anxiety, bipolar, personality disorder this may not suitable and we ask you to contact us via email "[email protected]" first.
