Hi Everyone - My name is Sarah Holt and I live in Twickenham and am a Meditation and Mindfulness teacher.
I am running my next online 8 week course in Meditation and Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing starting on Wednesday 8th September at 19.30.
On this course, we will look at ways of moving from stress and pain (psychological, emotional as well as physical) towards greater relaxation, elevated function and wellbeing.
The course is suitable for beginners as well as those with an established practice.
Over the period of the course, you will learn four different types of meditation, practical examples of mindfulness and ideas about how to incorporate what you have learnt into a daily practice in your own life going forward.
It is about simplifying and becoming more comfortable with your life.
