An exciting and creative business is looking for an experienced Product Co-ordinator to offer support the Product Manager. Some of the duties of the Product Co-ordinator include: Organising and leading pre-production sample review meetings with relevant internal teams Review and approve mass samples with suppliers according to the critical path Managing all feedback internally and with suppliers Checking product samples with technical team to ensure they are compliant and for any improvements to be made Assess and note any improvements for the current order or for future orders on product database Communicate sample arrival date to account managers for customer samples Ensure samples are available to create specification sheets Requirements:

• Managed critical paths for 50+ SKUS in one season
• Experience working with overseas suppliers
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, specifically Excel
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role working with product
