We are seeking a Part 2 or Part 3 Project Architect, with relevant client and project management experience of residential works, to join our studio.

Applicants must have excellent AutoCAD skills with SketchUp experience useful. Good knowledge of the MS Office suite needed.

We are a friendly studio situated in Richmond, south-west London, 10 mins walk from Richmond Station (overground/underground) and overlooking Kew Gardens.

If part 2, we can develop your skills to part 3. A good working knowledge of UK building regulations and current UK planning policy is needed, with a keen interest in current residential design trends and concepts.

We work closely with a range of domestic and developer clients on projects throughout South and West London.

The successful applicant will be expected to manage a roster of projects at all project stages under the direction of the director and working alongside architectural assistants.

The work is varied and to be carefully managed using our in-house management processes.

Design development, liaising with a full range of consultants and internal design team management will be part of the day-to-day.
