Automotive Service Advisor required in Twickenham

up to 32,000 basic salary + 4,000 OTE

Monday to Friday, Saturday AM on rota

This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-run Dealership that rarely recruits and is looking for a passionate Customer Advisor to join the family.

The department and dealership is spear-headed by a management structure who understand the business and the manufacturer inside out.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Providing additional services including service plans
• Handling customer complaints

You will require previous Automotive experience, however you do not require Main Dealer experience as this site will offer you the support and training required to achieve your potential.
