The Eve of Bastille Day 2025 - An Evening in Paris

The Hampton Hub Club in association with Aspects Productions presents

An Evening in Paris featuring THE PIAF STORY

Join us at the Hampton Hub Club on Sunday 13th July (the eve of Bastille Day) for 'An Evening in Paris' featuring 'The Piaf Story'.

The show, which sold-out at the Crazy Coqs in London's West End, and

at The Peasantry in Chelsea, stars Susan Black and Christopher Neill.

The critically acclaimed award-winning chanteuse Susan Black will be taking you on a journey to the back streets of Paris, performing songs made famous by the French singing legend Edith Piaf, interwoven with stories from the life of this great artist. Susan will be accompanied by the outstanding award-winning jazz pianist Christopher Neill.

Susan Black won an award at the Edinburgh Fridge Festival and has performed at some of London's top venues including the famous London Palladium.

She appeared at the Royal Albert Hall alongside Dame Shirley Bassey and Beverley Knight and was accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Stage described her appearance at the Royal Albert Hall as

"a voice that can fill the Albert Hall without a microphone"

Christopher Neill is an award-winning jazz pianist with twenty years of experience. Having also been trained classically, his style is a blend of the two disciplines, lending him sought-after uniqueness and creativity. He is one of the most talented young jazz pianists around today, and has performed at numerous top venues, including the Ronnie Scot Jazz Club and the famous restaurant / cabaret room at the Crazy Coqs and Zedel in Soho.

This special performance at the Hampton Hub Club will give you the audience an opportunity to enjoy this unique show and the 'star' performance of Susan Black with her incomparable voice and personality as she brings you her special tribute to Edith Piaf. 'The Piaf Story' will be an evening to remember.

In addition, to help celebrate this special show, the producers will have a FREE on the night raffle to enable one lucky audience member to win a bottle of French Champagne.
