The change in weather since yesterday has been more than welcome in Twickenham as finally we can crack out the shorts again - it's as if it were summer!

So what does the rest of the week and the weekend have in store for us?

Here's what the Met office is saying...

Thursday 12

Thursday is expected to be cloudy but warm, with light winds and temperatures reaching 23 degrees.

The temperature is expected to rise steadily during the morning and rest at 23 degrees between 3pm and 6pm.

Friday 13

Friday early morning is set to be bright, with clouds forming as the morning goes on so get out early if you're planning to get some fresh air and feel some rays on your skin.

It's cooler overall than Thursday, reaching 22 degrees by 4pm but it will feel like 19, and dropping again to 20 degrees by 7pm.

Saturday 14

Saturday is set to begin with cloud cover, but brighten up with sunny intervals by lunch time. #

The temperature will hover around 21/22 degrees all afternoon until around 7pm, with the sun peeping out between 1pm and 4pm.

A good day for an afternoon picnic!

Sunday 15

Sunday looks to be sunnier overall, still with some cloud cover, and highs of 22 degrees.

Looks like the sun will be out between 10am and 8pm, albeit hidden behind a little cloud cover for parts of the afternoon.

The temperature will hover around 21/22 degrees all afternoon until around 7pm.
